Gilyard Protection Service  provides gated communities with highly professional and affordable security officers in Florida. We serve our community best by helping prevent incident,  reporting, being alert and look after our community as a greeter. We do so with high professional standard, friendly and courteous Armed , Unarmed security officers and Patrol Units who are responsive and proactive providing outstanding security service.

Our officer are extensively trained for all types of situations. Beginning at the gatehouse which is the initial contact and face of the community and where access control starts.

 

Our Guards are trained to always be courteous and attentive to all community guests while always being on high alert for any suspicious persons or activities.

 

While the gate house would be the first point of contact, our patrol officers are the second line of defense.

 

All our gatehouses and patrol vehicles are equipped with our proprietor software for all types of reporting and  HOA rules and regulations to enforcement.

 

All patrol vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking , 2 way radios , Constant communication modules,  live bodies, and vehicle video cameras recording at all times.

Our security services for the residential gated communities include but not limited to:

  • Access Control: Control access of residents, visitors, vendors, staff/employees, and maintenance personnel

  • Patrol Services: Conduct foot, vehicle and golf cart patrol

  • CCTV Monitoring: Monitor CCTV, report and respond to any unusual activities

Daily - Incident - Maintenance Reports

Our officers are trained to completed a daily activity report, incident report and maintenance report for all of our clients. By preparing these reports it helps reduce our clients liability.

Enforce Community Rules

At Gilyard Protection Service, our management work with Homeowner Associations and  Property Management  Companies to establish rules, regulation and policies for their communities.

Then we train all of our officer on the communities policies and procedures before our officer ever work one of our clients location.
